Every visit is conducted under a bespoke persona, reservation and payment method. Only the engaging principal is aware of the arrangement; no member of your team will know when — or if — a visit is underway.

A written narrative of the entire experience, a scored evaluation across bespoke criteria, sensory and photographic observations where appropriate, and an executive summary with prioritised recommendations.

Signature engagements are typically scheduled within two to four weeks. Maison and Atelier clients receive priority calendar access.

Yes. While Sydney is our home, we regularly visit venues across Australia and, for select Atelier engagements, internationally.

Absolutely. Every relationship is governed by a mutual confidentiality agreement. Client identities are never disclosed.
